In the previous post I discussed some details about what I had in mind while writing about the ending of my novel: The Village of Shadows. To explain graphically what was in my thoughts, the image was that of the Northern Lights, colorful and grave but not burning anything. Why should the Northern Lights come to the southern hemisphere? They did not. But that is what the ending described, entangled colors representing good and bad things in the village. The mysterious lights represent the extinction of the bad. This is the picture on the cover. I had to design the cover myself to represent the good encompassing and devouring the evil.
